We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager / director with a track record for driving new packaged services capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market adoption. This role has a key responsibility for guiding the future of salesforce.com's Customer Success Programs.
Specifically, this role will drive success in the following ways:
• Strengthen Technology & Product Partnership - Work with customers and T&P, help drive the implementation success of early adopters, and synthesize Voice of Customer feedback to influence product direction
• Create Customer Offerings - Develop Cloud-specific Accelerators and other success program content to help customers
• Enable Field Success - Contribute to the creation enablement content for field resources

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Alignment
◦ Collaborate with product management on strategic joint initiatives that support product adoption and customer success
◦ Synthesize Voice of Customer product feedback received from customers and the field to share with Product Management
◦ Collaborate with product managers to influence the product roadmap
◦ Engage on customer issues and collaborate with the team to drive to resolution
◦ Contribute and collaborate to organizational scorecards such as weekly operational reporting and monthly Cloud Health Scorecard
• Customer Success Programs Design and Development
◦ Contribute to the program roadmap
◦ Lead the design and development of customer programs
◦ Create and Curate best of breed assets and content to be used in various customer programs
◦ Apply assets and content to other customer programs
• Engage with the Financial Services/Health Cloud Communities
◦ Be an active member in the Financial Services/Health Cloud Hub Chatter Group
◦ Be an active member and share your expertise in our Customer Success Communities
◦ Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events.
◦ Take an active role to scale Financial Services/Health Cloud product knowledge by creating enablement content for both the internal Salesforce and partner community
Skills Required:
• Extensive enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform experience or other CRM technologies
• Financial Services or Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management or Systems/Business Analysis
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming customer needs into an actionable product vision and requirements definition
• A particular desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies
• Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Strong communication skills
• Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• Bachelor's' degree in a business or technical fields. MBA is a plus
