Our Industry Marketing Team Makes Things Happen
Houzz is looking for an email marketing rock star to drive adoption of new products and features among Home Improvement Professionals and Sellers on Houzz. In this role, you will be in charge of marketing campaigns to encourage adoption of the Houzz Trade Program. You will also work on marketing campaigns for Sellers to drive awareness of new features in the Houzz Marketplace. If you are a detailed oriented and creative person with previous experience in email marketing, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate and communicate with other team members and cross-functionally (Product, Design, Sales, Operations) to get necessary data for marketing campaigns
• Identify, design, and implement innovative messaging to drive product adoption
• Own, plan, and execute multiple email campaigns per week in a fast paced, rapid-growth environment.
• Optimize against key metrics and manage a process of iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through messaging and targeting
• Complete ad hoc projects as required
At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have…
• Bachelor’s Degree and strong academic record
• Highly analytical and creative at the same time; a balance of creative and analytical mindset and interest
• Very strong attention to detail
• One year of hands-on experience in email marketing
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Goal-oriented team player mentality: we all chip in and support each other to hit our team targets and company goals
Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
• Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce
• Previous experience in e-commerce marketing
• Previous experience in SMB marketing
