About the role:
The Director, Solution Training is responsible for ensuring Limeade employees are experts in the Limeade solution and its application. This position will lead and have oversight for employee and customer facing product training coordination and content development and ensuring proper support through appropriate learning materials and tools, including support of on-boarding and new product releases. Duties will include collaborating with operations and functional areas and subject matter experts to ensure training offerings reflect current business needs, best practices and processes.
Job Duties:
• Develop and maintain a consistently delivered solution training plan that ensures readiness and limits disruption
• Conduct needs analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs
• Responsible for improving the solution competency level via training of all customer-facing roles as well as customers
• Effectively collaborate with executive and senior stakeholders to ensure full alignment
• Identify, lead in design of, and deliver impactful training
• Work with SME’s to deliver course development, written learning objectives and required post-learning testing
• Determine appropriate blend of learning methodologies, including in-person and web-based training required to create and deliver best-in-class learning program and achieve appropriate levels of proficiency
• Establish formal training and certification requirements (program) for key constituents
• Direct the development, implementation and management of training content development standards, policies and templates
• Ensure ongoing evaluation, improvement and enhancement of the content development and delivery including metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Benchmark training best practices and emerging trends and make recommendations on course design, development, tools and technologies
• Lead new employee product onboarding initiatives
• Manage training budget and make recommendations for future budgetary needs
• Adhere to adult learning principles and sound training design
Desired skills & experience
• Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
• 5+ years demonstrated experience leading and managing a solution/product training function in a growth-oriented technology company including content development, LMS, instructional design process, prioritization and capacity planning in a software technology company
• Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills including ability to document and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Ability to problem-solve and resolve challenges in a timely, professional manner
• Comfortable executing against plan with minimal supervision
