The Ideal Candidate
You’re an out-of-the-box thinker with deep technology roots; a well-organized self-starter who is eager to jump in feet first. You’re someone who has deep passion for creation, writing and storytelling. You enjoy taking notes, reading and learning and your always convey your ideas in a delightful way. You have a deep desire to continue working in startup environment as its constantly changing and you love being part of something bigger than yourself.
Responsibilities

• Establish standards, workflows, systems, and processes for managing the content creation on a daily basis
• Create and overlook the creation of recurrent resources (including ebooks, guides, whitepapers, infographics, videos, podcasts, templates and more
• Manage our editorial calendar executing targeted content for all our channels
• Create and update email flows to fulfil our lab members’ journeys
• Collaborate with designers, lab teams, mentors and partners, external influencers and industry experts to create and distribute content
• Establish KPIs and performance goals to evaluate and optimize content effectiveness
• Conduct interviews in video or audio format
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in content management, editorial or production roles
• Skilled in project management
• Familiar with Content Marketing Platforms
• Aware of best practices of main social media channels (LinkedIn, SlideShare, Twitter, YouTube) with the understanding of which content approaches work on each and why
• Able to track data and using analysis to drive decisions and measure results
• Excited about discovering new techniques, testing them and sharing results with others
• A people person and a great teammate
