The new Senior Manager, Global Sales Production, will be responsible for empowering these sales and account teams with the sales assets, tools and resources - at scale - they need to operate efficiently, effectively, consistently, and globally so that they can focus on creating value for our business clients and driving revenue for the company.
About the Role
Reporting into the Director, Global Sales Hub, the Senior Manager will be a critical member of the B2B sales and marketing team, responsible for translating creative driven by the creative teams into compelling sales assets, and developing a production hub to deliver executional excellence at world-class scale.
Specific responsibilities include:
Sales Experience Production
• Collaborate on a sales production strategy for all of WeWork’s B2B segments. Work closely with the sales teams to bring the “WeWork experience” to life: uniquely reflecting our aspirational B2B brand ethos and approach to member storytelling, value proposition, ROI outcomes and community/buyer empowerment;
• Lead a team of production designers and presentation specialists to produce assets at speed and scale;
• Partner with the creative teams to develop a system for sales communication design that reflects the spirit and energy of the WeWork brand and meets the unique needs of the B2B sales environment;
• Collaborate on the WeWork business sales story, including value proposition and narrative, and bring it to life using consistent and impactful visuals;
• Develop core sales assets, from presentations to infographics to case studies to event activations to digital experiences;
Process and Efficiency
• Working in close partnership with WeWork’s Creative team, define an operational model for automating and executing at scale B2B assets that are on-brand;
• Establish process and team for production requests;
• Working in close partnership with Regional marketing and sales teams, ensure compliance with brand standards for all sales, marketing and account teams around the world;
• Develop a central library for sales and client success teams to access consistently up-to-date sales assets, tools and resources globally, at scale and in real-time;
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of experience in sales design direction, ideally in a progressive B2B environment;
• Deep understanding of the B2B sales and marketing process;
• Demonstrated success developing sales enablement assets;
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills;
• Strong collaborator at the leadership level while also being comfortable doing the day to day blocking and tackling work required to scale the organization;
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, looking for the right company to support personal growth;
• Ability to prioritize to drive maximum returns; driven by impact;
• Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;
• Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all tools, platforms and resources;
• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, marketing, or related field.
