Help fuel the growth of startups at WeWork. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and support WeWork Labs both financially and strategically.

This position will partner with the Labs team to provide analytical insight, drive financial discipline and deliver business results. You will work cross-functionally with leadership across FP&A, legal, marketing, strategy, operations, and business development to pioneer new ideas and solve complex business challenges. The role will apply structured problem-solving skills to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive value across the WeWork Labs’ organization. Key projects will focus primarily on growth, innovation, new business models, and operational efficiency across the Labs product offerings. This role will work closely with senior leaders within Labs, driving financial discipline as well as strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, outstanding commercial acumen, refined communication skills and comfort with the ambiguity of a high-growth company.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with the Labs Team on the development and operational execution of short and long-term business strategies and partnership which drive operating leverage in our P&L
• Support growth initiatives by executing value-added analysis and providing decision support for expansions projects and initiatives
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends, and synthesize results / critical business insights to Labs and Finance leadership.
• Drive annual and long range strategic and financial planning processes planning in partnership with the Labs teams
• Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS degree; major in business, finance, and / or economics preferred
• 3 - 4 years of FP&A experience and/or relevant experience in consulting, investment banking or a blue-chip company
• Significant experience creating financial models and analyses in Excel with impeccable attention to detail
• Highly skilled in PowerPoint with experience building presentations for senior management / executives
• Intellectually curious and resourceful; excited to work in results-oriented environment with a loose playbook and light management
• Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to present detailed analyses in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
• Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
