We develop product messaging and positioning, go to market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Role Description:
The Salesforce.org Philanthropy Cloud team is looking for a creative and highly-motivated product marketer who has the ability to communicate with passion to a diverse set of corporate stakeholders.
The individual will have the breadth and depth of experience to work in a cross-functional environment including partner resources, and ensure that our messaging and positioning is represented accurately across go-to-market activities. This role will work closely with product marketing leadership, product management, sales, marketing, and our partners’ sales and marketing to deliver world-class engagement with our Philanthropy Cloud customers. The individual will drive sales enablement, by delivering tailored content and tools, and collaborate on a successful execution of demand generation campaigns, build pipeline, and accelerate customer adoption.
Candidates will have a passion for taking the complex and making it simple, and for marketing through compelling stories.
Your Impact:
• Collaborate with Product Management to create/deliver product use cases that resonate with respective audiences in corporate and nonprofit sectors, and the general public
• Coordinate with product launch teams and field/event marketing teams on messaging and positioning, and internal communications
• Communicate product features, capabilities, use cases, and benefits through presentations, architecture diagrams, graphics/illustrations, videos, solution guides, collateral, white papers, blog posts, and more
• Develop compelling, comprehensive, and easy-to-understand content, enablement messaging, plays, and GTM programs, to enable the sales team and speak to the unique nature of the industry.
• Deliver impactful sales training to drive pipeline and accelerate product adoption.
• Evangelize/present the power of our Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud within Salesforce and other events
Required Skills and Experience:
• High energy, charismatic, innovative, and creative individual
• 5 to 8+ years experience in product marketing in a fast-pace high-tech company, preferably in Cloud/SaaS
• Proven track record developing compelling messaging and positioning and thought leadership content including white papers, detailed product collateral, architecture, diagrams, and more.
• Experience driving marketing programs by working with partner and channel marketing and sales
• Established ability to successfully drive multiple projects with tight deadlines and with minimal guidance
• Excellent communication, powerpoint, and writing skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~25% of the time
