HR Operations Analysis III – Content Specialist plays a key role in supporting our GoDaddy’s HR Service Portal with the creation and maintenance of engaging content and resources. This role has direct impact on the employee experience. The role will be responsible to understand the functionality of ServiceNow (case, portal, community and knowledge), Jive (intranet platform) and other tools that support knowledge creation. Creativity and flexibility is a must in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Write and edit daily content for HR Service Portal to engage employees
• Create tactical resources like job aids, articles, presentations, artwork, videos and other HR Service Portal content that provide self-help assistance to our employees
• Maintain existing content and updates on a cyclical basis overseeing content created by various content owners
• Perform analysis on the content and other design thinking methodologies to continuously improve. Share findings with relevant stakeholder and obtain buy-in on recommended approaches.
• Daily creating and monitoring of A/B and Multivariate tests in support of maximizing the employee experience
• Escalate items and decisions as needed through the governance processes
Requirements:
• 1 – 3 years digital experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of recording and storage of information in a physical and digital format
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design packages
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, WorkDay or other employee or knowledge bank portal and system is helpful (proficient in a large number of computer applications)
• Background support in human resources efforts preferred
