Purpose

The Customer Advisory Team works to keep Box's smaller business customers happy and healthy. From scaled email outreach to one-on-one customer consultations, Customer Advisors are constantly coming up with new ways to act as a strategic resource for our customers.

Customer Advisory needs friendly, energetic individuals to help us provide implementation and optimization best practices and drive risk mitigation efforts to an ever-growing customer base. We're a customer-facing team who has developed a reputation for innovation and agility - quick to experiment and live up to the Box value "Take risks. Fail fast." - we need fresh eyes and customer-centric Advisors who can help us continue to build a best-in-class scaled Customer Success program.

Here's the Fine Print
• 4-year degree required
• Entry level
• Significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers over a variety of mediums (phone, email, webinars)
• Strong writing skills are a plus
