Who We Want
The Client Success Director is responsible for client program success and retention by identifying and executing business solutions that allow our clients to achieve measurable results in line with client business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Discover and influence the client's internal metrics for success of the program and ensure the client knows how to achieve and measure those results
• Advise on strategies and tactics to create healthy customer community
• Advise clients on additional ways to maximize the value of the Bazaarvoice products and solutions by incorporating user-generated content into all online and offline operations, including marketing, merchandising, customer service, product development, and distribution relationships
• Help key stakeholders understand the value they are receiving from Bazaarvoice
• Manage client health by identifying, documenting and working with multiple teams to mitigate risk and increase client satisfaction
• Drive the adoption of our self-service client portal and our Support team to satisfy as many client needs as possible
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
• Significant experience in account management ideally within software, online and or other marketing/ecommerce technologies
• Terrific relationship building and skills
• Marketing program management experience, preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage dozens of accounts concurrently
