About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Marketing organization at WeWork Headquarters in New York. You must be passionate about holistic marketing (with heavy focus on digital), highly analytical and experienced in making data-driven decisions to help a business grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience working with agencies, creative, PR, and other teams to achieve revenue and efficiency goals.
Questions you frequently ask yourself include: What users should we be targeting in marketing? How can we reach more of those users? How do we optimize the marketing message (creative assets and copy) to achieve desired results? What is the value of those users and how do we get more value from them? Where do additional opportunities for growth exist?
Responsibilities:
• Create and execute marketing strategy for Creator Awards and WeGrow, both laddering up to WeWork Global best practices
• Co-authoring creative and media briefs in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Education and adoption of marketing strategy with key stakeholders globally
• Assist with quarterly and annual plans, including managing budget and hiring plans
• Work closely with internal and agency teams responsible for SEO, SEM, paid partnerships, display, programmatic, content marketing, email marketing and media buying to ensure marketing goals are met
• Liaise with creative team and agency partners on deadlines for creative assets
• Drive innovation in process, automation, and scalability of marketing campaigns
• Understand & map out customer journeys across markets and regionalize strategy accordingly
• Own and maintain roadmap to drive growth and meet business KPIs and goals
• Work closely with Business Development and Experiential Marketing to optimize for co-marketing and event opportunities
• Manage platform partner relationships (Facebook/Google, etc).
• Handle all tracking links, pre and post-event reporting and analyses to help drive and improve strategy
• Liaise with digital and privacy team to ensure all GDPR standards are met
• Liaise with email automation and creative content teams to craft member and lead emails
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years marketing experience across brand and acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, content and email marketing); agency experience required
• Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and time zones; experience working in international markets is a plus
• Experience creating & operationalizing user journeys & buyer messaging maps across multiple channels, from email nurture to online acquisition
• Familiarity with Marketing platforms (Google Search, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn), Analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and ESPs (Marketo, Pardot)
• Deep analytical understanding of media data, metrics, and measurement; track record of distilling actionable insights from data
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, Forecasting, Chart Building
• Software Skills: Doubleclick, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Marketo/Pardot, Google Analytics, Data Visualization (Looker or Tableau)
