As a CRM Marketing Coordinator you will support the Groupon connection points to the right customers, at the right time with the right message across owned and paid marketing channels, focusing on new customer acquisition and retention. This role is part of a fun, diverse and dynamic team focused on growing Groupon’s customer base and engaging customers with the most beneficial and profitable solutions to drive long term value. Specifically, you will support dedicated program operations to drive growth marketing strategies for Groupon that create engaging and lasting experiences for our customer base.

Responsibilities:
• Lead email marketing campaign operations including planning, deployment, A/B testing, landing page development, reporting and optimization
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers to develop segmented communications and drive engagement, and understanding the results
• Work with design/creative teams to develop marketing creative that optimize response
• Track and report on performance of email campaigns and optimization initiatives to Growth Marketing leadership management team
• Support deep dives into customer segmentation and email channel trends
• Assist with the management of email calendar and schedule adjustments
• Assist Marketing Leadership, Customer Service and IT teams with email related questions for addressing customer communication issues and troubleshooting email programs
Qualifications:
• 2+ years in database driven marketing, CRM experience prefered
• Bachelor degree in Marketing
• Familiarity with key marketing metrics – comfortable leveraging data to drive business decisions
• Knowledge of campaign testing strategies utilized in direct, online channels (email, mobile notifications, social)
• Highly flexible, ability to handle changing directions/priorities and roles as business needs evolve
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and strong communication skills
• Team player and ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups
