About the role
Zillow’s mission is to build the world’s most trusted and vibrant home related marketplace. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate, strategic and innovative marketing leader to drive the B2B marketing vision and product marketing for Zillow Group Rentals. This leader will be a key force and collaborator to work alongside our product and sales teams to evolve our marketing strategy and represent the voice and needs of our landlord, property manager and marketing decision maker customers from the rentals industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead and set the marketing vision for both product and brand for all of Zillow Group Rentals B2B marketing efforts including integrated launch programs for products, product direction, marketing plans, industry initiatives and messaging.
• Being a strategic partner to the sales and product orgs and help define and communicate our value proposition and competitive positioning to prospective customers
• Being a fearless leader to build, mentor, and empower the Rentals B2B Marketing team.
• Constantly assess and review competitive offerings to drive ongoing differentiation.
• Be the “Voice of the Customer & Business” and champion customer experience efforts across all touchpoints of our customer journey in collaboration with: Product, Sales, Operations, Communications and others.
• Communicating with a broad group of stakeholders and executive, both internally and externally about our products, industry and our customers.
About the team
We are a team of high energy individuals committed to growing and developing a world class B2B marketing team to drive our rentals business. We ultimately help Zillow Group users make smarter decisions about buying, renting, owning and selling homes. The Supplier Marketing – Rentals team specifically works to drive our brand evolution, marketing strategy and foster relationships with stakeholders. We are one of the fastest growing teams within Zillow Group and are hyper focused on high impact marketing efforts and making an impact when it comes to creating innovative touchpoints and creative for our target audiences
Who you are
• Able to deeply understand customer needs within key verticals, and translate these into concrete business benefits that resonate with business buyers.
• You’ve build thriving teams with a bias for rapid execution.
• An expert in working cross functionally and creating alignment across teams.
• An ability to respond to dissenting voices in a professional and courteous manner.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus
• 8+ years experience in B2B outbound product marketing, preferably in tech.
