We are seeking smart, data focused individuals to join our Programmatic Strategy & Optimization (PSO) team. If you have been working in the campaign management space in Programmatic or the wider digital advertising world, and are looking for the next challenge, then this is the job for you!
The PSO team are responsible for driving client performance on the MediaMath TerminalOne platform, leveraging cutting edge product functionality as well as a vast network of best in class partnerships to do so.
PSO Directors are the primary resource and independent leads of Top Tier Accounts, guiding and planning our client’s Programmatic execution in our platform. As a Director, you will have mastered campaign management skills and learn to apply to the MediaMath technology stack, understanding how to plan, create and optimize Programmatic strategy. Directors consult directly with clients to ensure optimal campaign performance, and participate in research, analytics, and product testing efforts to develop new best practices and cultivate industry thought leadership. Directors are fully independent project managers for both internal and external stakeholders and drive PSO’s strategic initiatives
They are experienced resource managers and have the ability to guide them in both their day to day work and overall career progression.

What you'll do:
• Acting as primary lead and escalation point, designing programmatic strategy and executing for clients.
• Recognizing opportunities to drive efficiency through process optimization
• Participate in the training and education of internal team members and clients
• Utilizing appropriate team members within the company to help drive client goals
• Lead day-to-day planning and longer-term resource planning for the PSO team that they are wholly responsible for day to day running thereof.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate feedback from research and testing to better our product sets and supporting PSO collateral and training.
• Support and participate in external facing initiatives, such as pre-sales, marketing efforts and industry events.
What you'll need:
Background
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of Professional experience in campaign/yield management within digital media, not explicitly within Programmatic, either on the demand or supply side.
Skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to think creatively about challenging problems
• Previous experience with multiple DSPs, SSPs, or similar technical platform within online marketing, desired.
• Strongly demonstrated leadership skills, managing direct reports and leading training sessions
• Proven ability to credibly and persuasively present to senior stakeholders.
