Senior Manager, Regional Enterprise Finance (West Region)
We are looking for a Senior Manager to establish and help grow the newly created Finance team for the Enterprise business unit responsible for our West region. As part of the Enterprise Growth organization, this role will sit within the Regional, while working closely with Central teams, including: Finance, Product, Sales, Design, Development, Operations and Powered by We. This individual will be responsible for working with Regional leadership to develop regional budgets and growth forecasts, as well as analyze and report on regional results. This leader will be a critical, strategic thought partner, working across the organization to drive value in one of newest and highest growth business lines. This is an opportunity to join a hyper-growth start-up and be an integral part in the company’s Growth organization.
Reporting to the CFO of the Enterprise Growth organization (centrally located), the Sr. Manager will apply knowledge of construction and/or real estate finance, and expertise in budgeting, strategic FP&A, commercial deal sign-off and reporting to create and implement a scalable financial infrastructure for this new business line. The Sr. Manager will be expected to use a strategic lens to drive growth and create value longer term. Key projects will focus primarily on commercial deal support, pipeline development, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding commercial acumen, exceptional financial and strategic planning skills, a great attitude, refined communication skills, demonstrated leadership skills, resilience, and tenacity. Multiple years of experience in Finance at a Start-up, Financial Planning or Investment Banking, with construction finance specializations strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities
• Drive the development of the region’s annual operating plan, budgeting, forecasting and review
• Provide visibility, governance and timely reporting of financials and KPIs for the region
• Analyze and sign-off commercial terms for high priority deals in the regions
• Conducting specialized projects to drive growth in the Enterprise Membership business, including: new deal opportunity analysis and evaluation, pricing optimization, market entry, etc.
• Building team’s reputation as a step-change thinker, action-driver, and value-creator by providing action-oriented solutions to complex questions
Qualifications and Skills
• 7+ years of experience in start-up, real estate finance, financial planning and analysis, investment banking, construction finance or related field
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
• Must be detail-oriented and keen to dig into numbers and variances to propose recommendations and drive improved economic outcomes
• Demonstrated track record of leading and influencing teams with strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
