RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop strategy for East regional partnerships to reduce churn, for increased member engagement and happiness, as well as awareness and lead-generative purposes
• Seek and negotiates both lead-generative and brand-building partnerships for both the region as well as global scale
• Project Manages on-boarding of partners to scale across territories where necessary
• Track effectiveness of partnership and R&D efforts into scalable and effective programming
• Conduct primary and secondary industry research to generate and develop new ideas for our business
• Build actionable plans to implement in partnership with technology, community, and operations teams
• Synthesize key conclusions and core strategies into compelling presentations and memos to for senior management at WeWork and our target partner companies
• Assist in negotiations of transaction terms and legal documentation.
• Represent WeWork in external meetings and help marshal internal stakeholders
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 -7 years professional experience related to relationship management and business development
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative thinking and flexibility -- ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High level of personal credibility, customer relationship, networking and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations

• Proficiency with SalesForce, Microsoft Office, Presentation skill
