Broker Marketing, Sales Enablement
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day broker marketing efforts for the West region. As part of the Global Marketing team, the candidate will be a creative thought partner to the West Marketing and Sales teams and play a central role in translating the WeWork brand with our real estate industry partners. The role will support the West sales team in developing marketing plans and translating through local execution through a wide range of events, creative initiatives and various marketing tactics. In coordination with the Global Broker Marketing team, s/he is responsible for developing and executing on marketing plans, interpreting data from reports, developing content and thought leadership to drive broker and industry relationships. The Marketing Manager will contribute to all global marketing and broker initiatives, as well as overseeing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the Referrals program – focused specifically on brokers and real estate partners – for the West region
• Assist sales team with development of marketing materials for general broker program, building-specific marketing strategy and creative campaigns per region
• Create and execute region-specific broker content in conjunction with Global Broker Marketing team; strong writing skills are a must
• Act as West Broker Marketing liaison between Global/Regional Marketing and Regional sales teams to identify key marketing needs
• Manage frequent stakeholder interactions with Community and Sales teams, as well as a wide range of other functions, including Marketing and Public Affairs
• Strategy, content and execution for email marketing campaigns
• Assist sales team on all initiatives to develop strategic partnerships with industry professionals/brokerage community
• Assist Regional Events team with planning and execution for local broker events (internal and external) to grow brand awareness, program awareness, and strengthen relationships with real estate industry partners
Experience and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate, marketing, project management, and events management or related field
• Results driven and able to ensure completion of tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Creative thinking and flexibility -- ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High level of personal credibility, networking and interpersonal skills, dependability, and accountability
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
• Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and demonstrate team leadership skills
• Strategic and analytical thinker
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and presentation software
