To support this growth and demand, the company is building out a highly skilled squad of sales leaders and client success teams focused on helping large organizations take advantage of the many opportunities the WeWork model has to offer.
The new Sales Enablement team will be responsible for empowering these sales and account teams with the marketing assets, tools and resources - at scale - they need to operate efficiently, effectively, consistently, and globally so that they can focus on creating value for our business clients and driving revenue for the company.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting into Frankie Goldstone, the Global Head of Sales Content, the Senior Manager, Global Sales Enablement will establish scalable sales enablement content, processes and tools.
Specific responsibilities include:
Strategy and market understanding:
• Be the voice of our buyer personas and their journeys: Evolve our buyer personas and map their journeys, and use these as inputs to develop differentiated content, sales and campaign experiences.
• Collaborate with the product marketing to develop positioning and value propositions for all our B2B products, transforming product features into tangible and differentiated benefits by buyer and industry.
• Collaborate with sales teams to define and deliver the WeWork sales experience: a world-class model that stands above other B2B companies’ approach to storytelling, uniquely reflects our aspirational B2B brand ethos and approach to member storytelling, value proposition, ROI outcomes and community/buyer empowerment.
Sales Content:
• Develop cutting-edge, tech-forward storytelling assets for sales and client teams, in all of WeWork’s B2B segments across enterprise and middle-market globally. This includes but is not limited to:
◦ Interactive sales demonstration assets;
◦ Pitch decks in all mediums/forms;
◦ Thought leadership and editorial;
◦ Content marketing assets;
◦ Event activations;
◦ Shareable experiential assets for large enterprise clients;
◦ Other on-brand packaged assets (including digital storytelling, physical leave-behinds, shareable links, etc).
• Collaborate with the Creative team to bring your stories to life in a uniquely WeWork way.
Knowledge management and sales tools:
• Identify, deploy and drive adoption of, a knowledge management and sales enablement tool that connects salespeople with consistently up-to-date marketing and sales assets, tools and resources globally, at scale and in real-time.
• Oversee knowledge management function, including input, maintenance and tagging, and distribution.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in progressive marketing roles with a heavy emphasis on systems and project management.
• Subject matter expertise in sales enablement, knowledge management.
• Demonstrated success working with creative and production teams.
• Superior writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to prioritize to drive maximum returns; proven track record of exceeding revenue and lead goals.
• Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment.
• Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms and resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field.
