The new Sales Content team will be responsible for empowering these sales and account teams with the marketing assets, tools and resources - at scale - they need to operate efficiently, effectively, consistently, and globally so that they can focus on creating value for our business clients and driving revenue for the company.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting into Frankie Goldstone, the Global Head of Sales Content, the Marketing Manager will bring WeWork’s story to life for our business buyers in the enterprise and middle market segments.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing unique and compelling B2B sales stories of all kinds to drive consideration and conversion at every point in the sales cycle, from simple and compelling presentation content to digital, thought leadership and case studies.
Specific responsibilities include:
Content development
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to define the WeWork sales experience: a world-class model that stands above other B2B companies’ approach to storytelling, uniquely reflects our aspirational B2B brand ethos and approach to member storytelling, value proposition, ROI outcomes and community/buyer empowerment.
• Develop cutting-edge, tech-forward storytelling assets for sales and client teams, in all of WeWork’s B2B segments across enterprise and middle-market globally. This includes but is not limited to:
◦ Interactive sales demonstration assets;
◦ Pitch decks in all mediums/forms;
◦ Thought leadership and editorial;
◦ Content marketing assets;
◦ Event activations;
◦ Shareable experiential assets for large enterprise clients;
◦ Other on-brand packaged assets (including digital storytelling, physical leave-behinds, shareable links, etc).
• Collaborate with the Creative team to bring your stories to life in a uniquely WeWork way.
Market understanding and knowledge management
• Serve as a listening point and data collection hub for the sales teams to understand and leverage high-level content for given buyer personas/industries and feed these findings into the broader company team to action and leverage for sales.
• Collaborate on a central library for sales and client success teams to access consistently up-to-date sales assets, tools and resources globally, at scale and in real-time.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years’ experience writing marketing content at a brand or agency (B2B experience preferred)
• Superior writing and storytelling skills;
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns;
• Track record of driving business results through brilliant marketing;
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills;
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, looking for the right company to support personal growth;
• Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;
• Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms and resources;
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field.
