• Directs and manages all retention and Road to 1% churn initiatives across each territory, working cross functionally with teams across the East region to project manage and analyze how we work to reduce churn
• RFPs, onboards and manages CRM agency, strategizing and building tools and functions’ role in the Road to 1% initiative
• Responsible for cross-functional management of churn reduction and role ownership in project optimization
• Isolates out “controllable churn” vs. “uncontrollable churn” with heavy focus on analytical trend analysis
• Focuses on “why members leave” and isolates out components that should be assigned as KPI’s for rest of team
• Ties data/results back into rest of Member Ex team to adjust focus of team
• Directly calls and gathers data from large member move-outs
Requirements:
• Entrepreneurial and "growth hacker" mentality
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior management
• Ability to develop, create and improve systems, structures, and processes
• Strong executive presence; experience and comfort level working with C-level executives
• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital.
• 2+ years Startup experience a plus
• Deep experience using Salesforce and Excel
• Experience with SQL, R, and/or other programming languages a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record working in a high growth, unstructured and fast-paced environment
