The Real Estate Strategy & Operations team is responsible for building a scalable and best-in-class team by developing people, process, tools and technology that support the US & Canada West Regional Real Estate team. This Strategy & Operations role focuses on a dedicated region and supports all business operations (process definition and implementation), people operations (recruiting, onboarding, training) and strategic initiatives (goal-setting and tracking, market playbooks, deal benchmarking). Working with the Regional Director of Real Estate and Global Head of Real Estate Strategy & Operations, this position will ensure overall team effectiveness and regional success.
Responsibilities
• Partnering with Regional Director to support overall team management, effective team planning and goal setting/tracking
• Establishing and managing regional benchmarks, ranging from team performance to deal metrics and pipeline conversion
• Overseeing build-out and management of tools, systems and reports that streamline individual and team workflows
• Managing regional hiring plan, timely recruiting and implementation of global onboarding program
• Develop and maintain resources that facilitate organizational framework and regional team structure
• Facilitating ongoing process improvements, team training and career development
• Collaboration with Talent Team on US & Canada West RE hiring initiatives
• Support clear communication of global and regionals policies, best practices and standards. Preparing executive level presentations for Regional Director, Landlords and Executives.
Requirements
• Experience with commercial real estate, transactions management and RE finance
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate industry
• Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written. Strong presentation building skills (examples to review would be welcome).
• Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
• Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in office productivity and project management software
