Position Summary
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and passionate product marketer to lead and standardize a successful Sales Enablement strategy across Product Marketing. Successful product marketing experience leading global go-to-market, sales enablement and Cloud/SaaS product knowledge is critical. Candidates will have a passion for cross-functional collaboration, taking the complex and making it simple, and for defining compelling product stories that resonate with sales and our customers.
This PMM works across teams, products, and functions, and must be able to quickly develop and lead a strategic enablement plan to help drive key sales opportunities, plays and greater cross-cloud solution selling globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES & IMPACT
• Partner closely with Product Marketing Enablement leads, Field Enablement and global constituents to standardize and optimize our key enablement deliverables and channels. Define cross-cloud enablement standards to solve for gaps and create new personalized, real-time enablement tools.
• Expand proven enablement strategies to gain AE and Executive mindshare globally.
• Work with Sales to inspire, motivate and ultimately win flagship brands through the sales cycle and evangelize the best customer stories in the business.
• Standardize effective, real-time selling resources to help sales more effectively compete and exceed customer expectations. Define training standards, frequency and metrics for success
• Work closely with cross-functional enablement teams to drive product launch and play success including: events, content and campaigns. Track, measure and report against objectives.
• Work closely with Enablement to define a unified product communications strategy to sales and beyond.

• Collaborate & Communicate Across All Levels -- Work cross-functionally to drive success. Presents effectively 1:1, cross-Cloud and in Executive meetings. Gives others a voice.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years experience in product marketing at a high tech company, or similar. MBA a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated ability in product marketing and sales enablement, preferably with familiarity of Salesforce go-to-market
• Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals.
• Experience with business processes such as sales, ops, marketing, customer support, collaboration.
• Proven track record of speaking in front of large internal, external, and global audiences.
• Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
• Proven track record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
• Experience working with direct distribution (sales) teams and channel partners.
• Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including viral on-message product demo videos and succinct slide pitch-decks.
• Proven track record of launching and growing hit products.
• Strong skills in communication, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally.
• Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.
• Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
