What We're Looking For:
You will drive product roadmap prioritization efforts by synthesizing multiple sources of customer feedback into a meaningful, actionable story. You will democratize access to customer insights at Salesforce, and drive a consistent, objective and customer-influenced roadmap narrative across multiple channels of listening.
You'll ensure that Salesforce's product strategy accelerates customer success and enables Salesforce growth. What You'll Do:
• Lead the product insights function for a portfolio of product lines, aggregating inputs from across the team and uncovering insights that help inform our product roadmap planning
• Elevate insights and create holistic and compelling narratives by integrating analyst, market, competitive and AE insights.
• Collaborate with business partners across the clouds to develop business hypotheses, create listening plans and enable them to make fact-based decisions based on insights
• Synthesize findings, develop presentations, manage the cadence of regular reporting, and help communicate integrated insights to business partners and leadership teams.
• Orchestrate program management for cross-functional product feedback channels
• Serve as a thought partner and liaison with business partners at all levels, proactively identifying and communicating product priorities and sharing best practices
• Integrate disparate data sources, both structured and unstructured, to provide a holistic 360 view of our customers
• Define and develop your career, your profession and the future of Salesforce
What You'll Need:
• Storytelling: You're a storyteller with outstanding spoken and written communication skills, superb listening skills, and the ability to present complex, ambiguous ideas in a clear, concise story to a variety of audiences.
• Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite, and ability to connect customer needs to Salesforce solutions
• Executive Presence: You've mastered the art of leading effective conversations that resonate with an executive audience
• Heart: You own this program and you are invested in its success. You don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves, lead with your heart, and never give up. You can handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests as well as competing priorities.
• Business Acumen: You have unparalleled business acumen and develop an understanding of what Line of Business (LOB) leaders and admins care about, and how our products work to meet those needs
• Interpersonal Skills: You have excellent interpersonal skills with a solid ability to deal professionally with senior executives, vendors, and team members at all levels of the organization, and ability to influence both in and outside your team
• Ownership: You’re a great collaborator and a master at making the complex simple. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery. You're highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable. You know how to prioritize and drive work independently, working with deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Bonus Points For:
• Salesforce certifications or Trailhead rank
