Finance Strategy:
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders within GCO and Brands to identify and drive efficiencies and gross profit improvements including deep diving into elements of revenue, variable costs and other areas in order to identify areas for profit maximization or efficiency gains while keeping customer experience at optimal levels
• Internal and external benchmarking and analysis of finance and workforce planning industry trends
• Cross-brand key metrics benchmarking
• Help set team longer term vision and strategy for finance and workforce planning including a high-level roadmap to achieve team vision in 3 years
• Ensuring tools and processes for Finance and Work Force Planning teams are efficient and streamlined including leading projects to further optimize
• Lead automation of forecasting and other processes for finance and workforce planning
• Responsible for Finance roadmap tracking and status updates
• Support GCO Strategic Plan including 3-year financial model projections providing insight into long-term financial and operational trends
• Numerous ad hoc and special projects as needed
GCO Executive Reporting:
• Oversee forecasting and planning process for GCO Finance
• Global GCO management reporting, pacing reports and other presentations providing actionable insights into financial and operational performance
• Oversight of fixed cost forecasting, reporting and expense tracking
Management of 4-6 team members overseeing Finance Strategy, Executive reporting and Tool Optimization
