The Field Marketing Manager for Central will drive transformation for the newly formed Central Region and redefine what territory planning and named account marketing looks like at Veritas as an agile, highly-targeted, high-performing pipeline generating function. You will leverage market intelligence, customer data, and analytics to identify and prioritize target accounts and high-value segments. Aligning with and leveraging global campaigns from a demand creation team, you will build and execute high-impact plans for East region for both direct and indirect routes to market—working with priority channel partners for the region.
This role can be based remotely in any of the following locations: Dallas / Chicago / Austin
Key Responsibilities:
•Build relationships with East sales team at all levels
•Build data-driven, integrated regional marketing plan (integrated with channel, and multi-tactic)
•Establish and manage recurring program and metrics reviews with regional sales leadership and FM leader
•Set quarterly and annual goals and deliver the numbers!!
•Awesome balance of creative and analytical competencies
•Excellent at developing relationships with sales teams, customers and partners
•Constantly seeks out innovative methods to generate & accelerate pipeline for new logos
•Data-driven decision maker
•Translates technology advantages into new business opportunities
Success Measured by:

•New logo wins as a result of field marketing efforts

Requirements:
•B.S. Degree in marketing or business
•5-8 years marketing experience, ideally 5 years in Enterprise marketing
•Proven track record of delivering targeted marketing results, using data and analytics to inform decisions
•Proven success developing and executing field marketing plans for key audiences: C-level, mid-level management, and key influencers
•Previous field marketing experience
•Dynamic, high-energy, and flexible self-starter
•Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, processes, and reporting: Oracle, Eloqua, etc.
•Logical thinker with ability to prioritize amongst competing demands for time and budget
