Director, Global GTM Enablement (Redwood City, CA)
The GTM Enablement Director will be in a critical leadership role within the Global GTM Operations organization at Box. The mission of the team is to increase impact through best-in-class enablement programs centered around role-based knowledge, skill development and strong leadership coaching. That means ensuring that all GTM roles have the tools and skills to engage customers with an enterprise Cloud Content Management vision that challenges the status quo, differentiates Box unique capabilities, and drives pipeline and revenue.
This person will work closely with all GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partner) along with the Operations team to create role based curriculums and drive enablement programs. The ideal candidate is a high energy, driven individual with enablement experience, and preferably a background in sales. It requires being passionate about seeing the direct success of the organization through supporting the GTM efforts to drive impactful customer engagements and experiences.

Responsibilities
• Identify the knowledge and skills needed for successful outcomes of all GTM roles
• Create role-based curriculums and programs that drive knowledge consumption and skill development
• Establish a leader coaching program that provides the accountability and guidance to lead successful outcomes
• Align to an engagement model and approach that creates consistency and impact with the GTM motion
• Execute the programs that support the knowledge consumption, skill development and leader coaching
• Develop the tools and assets needed to support the knowledge and skills
• Define and track the right KPI's and metrics to understand impact and gaps
• Build relationship with key business stakeholders and understanding of the ongoing needs
• Bridge to the marketing and product organization and other content creators to incorporate into enablement programs
• Drive consistency and efficiency of approach and tools across all GTM teams
• A critical eye to challenge the status quo
Requirements / Qualifications
• Experience supporting a global organization
• Proven track record of being highly motivated and self-directed
• Ability to work in a dynamic shifting environment
• Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve results
• Experience rolling out cross functional curriculums and programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong decision making ability
• Attention to detail is critical
• Willingness to travel 1 – 2x per quarter
• BS required
• 5+ years supporting a direct B2B organization in an enablement or training function
• 2+ years of top notch people management experience
