Description:
We are seeking an M&A Integration Program Manager to join a dynamic high-impact team that leads the integration of Salesforce acquisitions into the Technology & Product (T&P) organization. The successful candidate will work closely with T&P leadership as well as the M&A Integration Lead to execute on implementation of strategic M&A integration initiatives.
You must be able to coordinate the efforts of team members and stakeholders in order to deliver work-streams/initiatives/projects according to plan. Execution of integration plans will need to be done with limited direct guidance or detailed requirements. A successful candidate is a detail-oriented person who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong end-to-end business experience, and the ability to drive decisions and projects to completion. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a cross-functional organization, enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment supporting high-growth and fast-paced business units.
Responsibilities:
• Voice of the acquired team. Liaise and represent the newly acquired employees during the integration phase across the T&P and larger ecosystem
• Work with recently acquired companies to listen, understand, and document existing product, engineering and infrastructure operations, subsequently guiding and translating how they will function inside Salesforce
• Scope and optimize joint requirements for system, process and tools integration
• Own, define, develop and execute the interim state and detailed future state project plan across a multi-function virtual team; this includes product and engineering processes and operations inside Salesforce and/or acquired company's systems to support the business during the integration
• Design and deliver the Change Management plan for integration including communication, training and readiness materials on new processes, gap coverage from prior processes, and tools supporting the new model
• Providing timely status reporting of milestones, dependencies, risks and issues to M&A lead and executive sponsors
• Defining and executing mitigation plans to minimize risks
• Delivering results in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

• Strong team player with service-oriented passion and customer focused DNA
• Previous experience in M&A integration or Technical Program Management at Salesforce strongly desired
• 5-10 years of experience, with strong understanding of Salesforce's product development processes
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to juggle multiple projects & tasks and successfully prioritize to deliver results in the face of competing business interests
• Strong drive for results and continuous improvement
• Ability to travel as needed
