We are looking for an experienced leader responsible for the delivery and success of the AppExchange Partner Program and global AppExchange partner enablement.
You will be responsible for the AppExchange Partner Program - a comprehensive program to support the success of our AppExchange partners - and global AppExchange partner enablement for growth and success.
You will lead the AppExchange partner enablement team and our AppExchange Partner Program manager with stellar communications, planning, delivery and execution and will work closely with technical and non-technical teams including ISV sales, legal, partner operations, product, marketing, and technical enablement.
You will actively engage with the ISV sales team to clearly position the program and partner enablement to inspire prospective partners to join the program and to educate and motivate our existing partners for business growth and success
Responsibilities:
• Lead and evolve the ApExchange partner program and partner enablement strategy
• Work with AppExchange leadership on the AppExchange program strategy by owning comprehensive plan for program roadmap, timelines, and dependencies with key stakeholders' input
• Own the delivery of the Program with the program manager by interfacing with ISV sales, legal, partner operations, product, marketing, and technical enablement
• Own global partner enablement strategy, plan and execution through 1:1 and 1:many partner engagement through in person and scaled enablement
• Manage day-to-day delivery of program and partner enablement by addressing sales and partner questions
• Own annual Voice of the Partner survey creation and execution with Market Strategy team
• Manage various cross team projects that support partner enablement
• Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations
• Track milestones and tasks with assigned teams
• Provide timely status reports to AppExchange leadership and introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks
• Create visionary and compelling internal and external presentations
• Communicate timelines and approval framework for cross team understanding
• Create and deliver internal and external comms plans, enablement plans and associated internal and external resources
• Identify, develop, and roll-out new processes when appropriate
• Develop new tools to automate or streamline processes
• Proactively seek out and incorporate personal and program feedback from individual stakeholders and cross-functional groups
Required Skills/Experience:
• University Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent experience. Master's degree a plus.
• Demonstrated project and program leadership skills, with direct responsibility for leading cross functional teams
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership and ability to collaborate and motivate teams
• Experience managing senior executive stakeholder relationships
• Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets (including positioning narratives and presentations)
• Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines, presenting to executive leadership and at different levels of management
• Experience/familiarity with the partner engagement lifecycle and CRM applications
• Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
• Exceptionally detail oriented with the ability to thrive in fast moving, ambiguous environments
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
