Job Description Summary
We are looking for a professional who has a passion for data and supplying their customers with insights. You’ll work closely with the Customer Care team here at GoDaddy, creating reporting to optimize performance. You will be collaborating with the Marketing and Operations to drive revenue and customer engagement. You know and love working with analytic tools including Tableau and Excel, can write excellent SQL and scripts, and can use your technical skills and creative approaches to solve the unique problems. You’ll take quick action based on your analysis and observations to shift chat focus as well as developing strategies for long term improvement.
Responsibilities
• Create dashboards and analysis to for all levels of the Care organization to drive efficiency and uncover coaching opportunities
• Analyze, visualize, and provide insight on significant amounts of data and build end-to-end reporting solutions to support company initiatives
• Build dynamic and rich dashboards using out-of-box features, customizations, and visualizations
• Perform large-scale data analysis and develop effective models for segmentation, classification, optimization, time series, website behavior, etc.
• Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating findings to cross functional groups
• Explore and recommend emerging technologies and techniques to support/enhance BI landscape components
• Write and create custom reports
Requirements
• 4 to 5 years of Business Intelligence experience
• Need to have solid experience with SQL databases, stored procedures and have created data marts
• Ability to write efficient SQL statements (SQL, HiveQL)
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis in a high energy dynamic environment
• 2+ years of experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau and Excel preferred)
• Hands on and deep experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling
• Ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights
• BS/BA in Computer Science or Mathematics
