Job Description
RingCentral, Inc values and recognizes the importance of our people and the impact they have on our business. As a member of the Talent Management Function you will help enable RingCentral to become more sophisticated in understanding the employee lifecycle (we call it ‘RingTones’) and the ways the business can leverage the employee lifecycle insights to drive operational, financial and people related outcomes.
The Employee Success Analytics Manager role is responsible for building, implementing and consistently improving the RingTones employee lifecycle program.
Responsibilities
• Lead our global effort measuring our employee life cycle (‘RingTones’) and equipping leaders with meaningful insights (this includes surveys related to candidate experience, new hire experience, our bi-annual engagement surveys and exit surveys)
• Partner with external vendors and internal groups to build out the holistic employee lifecycle (RingTones) program.
• Partner with the HRIS team to build our workforce analytics dashboards in Workday.
• Train leader across all levels and geographic regions on how to leverage and interpret RingTones and Workday (and potentially other systems in the future) dashboards and related insights.
• Evaluate existing analytics tools/techniques and aid in the development of best practices.
• Develop process and approaches to improve the effectiveness and visibility of analytics.
• Monitor analytics trends, identify implications and proactively educate business partners leaders
• Assist and lead related projects and initiatives that incorporate data, analysis and identification of areas for action.
• Bring data and insights to life though effective story telling (via PowerPoint and in person)
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
• 6+ years of experience developing and using advanced analytics and reporting techniques in HR environment
• 5+ years of experience of core HR functions and disciplines
• Strong project management skills with a strong results orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams across organizational lines and structures
• Very strong customer support skills needed to work with a population having diverse technical skill sets
• Comprehensive understanding of HR and supporting HR analytics (e.g., report creation, dash boarding, scorecards, etc.)
• Experience drawing inferences from disparate pieces of data, identifying key findings and linking to implications, and providing recommendations
• Constant curiosity to find insights in data
• Strong Excel knowledge including formulas and macros
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
• Creative business problem solving skills to design processes and deliver timely results for ad-hoc requests
