Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operation of training assignments in our global locations including: planning, scheduling, managing resources, task assignments, scope, budget, and risks.
• Facilitate discussions with Ops leadership and QA to identify opportunities and help determine root cause of performance issues, gaps in consistency across locations, and find solutions.
• Execute and develop Learning and Development programs to support organizational goals and values and to foster the professional development and retention of our employees.
• Improve process standardization, develop trainer talent to apply the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and innovative learning methodologies in the curriculum design process.
• Develop announcements, talking points, and plan training to ensure communications are consistent and clear.
• Manage L&D budget effectively managing trade-offs between cost, schedule, and resource availability.
• Help grow L&D program to an e-learning space, provide virtual training.
• Manage a virtual team of trainers to be world class.
• Travel globally as needed to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and trainer performance, ensuring consistency and relevancy to business goals and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement for both delivery methods and course content.
• Coordinate across EI, external vendors, Program, Dev and Product teams to ensure smooth rollouts for new products and release management including: coordination of UAT, training and communication. Ensure quality expectations are met for scalability, reliability, performance, and security.

• Proven ability to work with multiple overlapping projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to facilitate curriculum and lead group discussions in a professional manner
• Strong written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills required.
• Proven collaboration and planning skills with the ability set priorities
• Ability to make business decisions and problem solve
• Proven ability to multi-task, remain organized under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to manage cost effective solutions to own travel plans, and contribute to cost saves at a regional level
• Domestic & international travel required.
