Summary
E*TRADE is looking for a VP, Strategic Referral Programs who will lead and partner with all cross-functional business owners to develop a strong referral program through our channel partners. The person will be responsible for execution on key deliverables, program validation and analysis, and high level communication to executive level sponsors.
We are looking for a highly motivated, client-focused individual with knowledge and experience within financial services.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding presentation skills, sales management and problem-solving skills, driven by an effective communications style that builds strong relationships and impacts outcomes and decisions.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for creating and developing a referral program to maximize E*TRADE revenue potential
• Prospecting for new partners through networking, building a referral-based program within clearly defined target markets
• Partnering with investment account managers and branch managers to build strong relationships and cultivate our referral programs
• Develop company workshops or lectures and speak to groups of potential clients/partners
• Interact with our partners on an advanced level regarding sales activities, account information, procedures, systems, and our expanding range of financial services products.
• Utilize extensive business and industry knowledge to build long-term relationships and develop relevant strategic partner relationships
• Collaborate with other areas of the company to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
• 10 years of experience managing institutional account relationship groups in financial services or relevant industries hands-on experience managing accounts, selling and marketing conceptual products and complex services to clients
• Thorough knowledge of financial services industry product and sales information
• An entrepreneurial and competitive spirit
• Ability to create and deliver compelling and persuasive arguments with an executive level audience
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and credibility quickly
• Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel (30%).
• Licenses: Series 7, 66, 24 (or willingness to pursue upon hire)
