Essential Duties:
• Work with senior leadership on high level initiatives and special projects
• Central point of contact for WeWork real estate leads and external partners
• Assume key transaction responsibilities for strategic partners
• Attend regular partner meetings and conference calls
• Improve partner transaction management processes
• Work directly with partners and team members to resolve conflicts
• Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data
• Develop and own internal and external training and onboarding
• Conduct face-to-face meetings including presentations, broker and landlord engagements and events to advocate WeWork’s product offerings and services
• Create and prepare various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management’s review as needed. As well as manage benchmarking process.
• Assist senior leadership in developing streamlined communication between departments and internal stakeholders
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new technology and systems
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years Commercial Real Estate experience required
• Background in account management, transactions, operations, or project management preferred.

• Proficiency with Excel, SalesForce, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and presentation software
