Medallia is seeking an HR Operations Senior Analyst to shape and oversee the Medallian experience across our global markets. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will manage a broad, and evolving range of responsibilities including Onboarding and Offboarding, Immigration and Global Mobility, Employee Relations, internal transfers, and more. You will work on, and lead, a number of cross-functional initiatives, and work closely with other People & Culture teams, Legal, Finance, the Medallia executive team and the broader organization. With a passion for the employee experience, you are a creative people-person who enjoys both tactical and strategic efforts, and can demonstrate the ability and excitement to design, build, and mature an HR Ops engine like no other.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• First point of contact for all HR Operations related queries from employees through to senior leaders
• Assist in building and operationalizing an Employee Relations center of excellence, and manage and coordinate employee relations cases
• Strategic oversight of Immigration and Global Mobility programs, including relationships with third-party vendors and partners
• Execute on process improvement, change management projects and cross-functional People & Culture initiatives; future projects may include defining our immigration and relocation philosophies, creating an employee relations process, and building manager resources.
• Partnership with Total Rewards (compensation & benefits) team on global benefits and wellness initiatives
• Ensure all P&C processes including onboarding offboarding, and transfers, are all business compliant and completed fully on the HR system of record (Workday)
• Own the visa sponsorship process, ensuring renewal and bringing employees on and off the license
• Advise and support the implementation of new P&C policies, procedures and processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations or other relevant function.
• 2+ years experience in project management or process improvement
• Proven track record developing, launching and maintaining strategic programs or initiatives
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• An obsessive attention to detail
• Passionate about delivering a first class HR service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
• Experience with Workday
• Experience with reporting and data manipulation in spreadsheet software.
