In order to give our executives the leverage they need, we have built out a world-class executive assistant team to provide partnership and support to our fearless leaders. We are looking for an Executive Assistant in our San Francisco, CA HQ to provide hands-on and strategic support to our Chief People Officer.
THE TEAM
The Executive Assistant team at Eventbrite is a dynamic, multi-disciplined group of people who care deeply about “making the trains run on time” and supporting their executives in day-to-day operations. They play a role in creating the very special culture that Eventbrite is known for, and they also support the highest business priorities and top level communication. Embedded in the business, Executive Assistants at Eventbrite are true execution partners to each other and their executives.
The Role
In this role you will provide direct support to our innovative Chief People Officer. Our Chief People Officer has an exciting vision - to make a career at Eventbrite the ultimate live experience. He is dedicated to evolving the Briteling Experience as we grow, expanding it globally, and investing in Eventbrite's #1 asset - it's people. You will partner closely with the Briteling Experience team as a whole and act as the liason for internal and external clients. You will have behind-the-scenes access to new business initiatives and a direct impact on the Briteling Experience.
THE CHALLENGE:
• This role is supporting our Chief People Officer
• Support the Executive day-to-day in calendar strategy and management, research and background material compilation, travel coordination, communication flow internally and externally, greeting guests, maintaining and executing on a task list
• Set the priority of time usage for executive and guide the calendar to reflect the highest areas of priority
• Manage communication and coordination of special meetings such as the Board of Directors meeting and executive offsites
• Interface and coordinate with the Global Comms team for both external and internal communication strategy and execution
• Take an ownership role in special projects related to the international development of the Eventbrite culture, leadership development, and founder communication to the company
