We are seeking a proven and strategic Director to oversee our Enterprise Customer segment in the Thai market. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of ASEAN, the successful candidate will lead a team of driven Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth in some of our largest and most strategic accounts. The Director provides a resourceful and supportive environment where our Account Executives and Sales Leaders are set up for success immediately. Responsibilities:
• Drive and execute strategies to grow the enterprise business in Thailand.
• Support direct reports by participating and leading in client / prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
• Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Account Executives on the sales process.
• Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure.
• Responsible for running sales cadence and forecast.
• Ability to manage C-Level conversations and relationships.
• Comfortable with public speaking and representing Salesforce at events.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of success in a similar enterprise software environment.
• 10+ years of quota carrying directly sales and account management experience as an individual contributor.
• Extensive experience growing and managing enterprise business in Thailand.
• Demonstrable knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles used in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Key industry knowledge and ability to effectively articulate the value prop and methodology.
• Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
• Strong customer references.
• History of effective hiring and training of new Account Executives.
• Business-level fluency (written and spoken) in Thai as this person will be traveling regularly to meet and sell to customers in Thailand. Fluency in English is also required.
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
