Director / Senior Director Product Marketing: Salesforce Analytics (Campaigns, Creative & Communities) Role Description:
In this role the PMM will do a little bit of everything but will skew heavily towards Campaigns, Creative & Communities. They will be responsible for driving our creative and campaigns strategy and running the execution of that strategy. We are looking for someone who has a high level of creativity, but also loves to jump in on the operational side of programs as well.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver high fidelity externally facing content from PMM content, including thought leadership content, customer stories, webinars, data sheets, solution guides, and more for all funnel stages by partnering with the industry's leading creative team.
• Create compelling and easy to understand internally facing assets including sales training, competitive positioning, FAQs, and cheat sheets.
• Work with Salesforce and 3rd Party creative agencies to build out compelling assets for Salesforce Customers, Prospects, Partners and Employees
• Manage the execution of campaigns both internal and external and report metrics to the PMM and Product teams
• Act as the liaison between our PMM organisation and the Salesforce Customer Marketing, Corporate Marketing (including Web) Creative and Partner teams
• Deliver and Analytics on-line assets including corporate website, social media channels and special event content
• Manage our Analytics ecosystem - including Customer community, ISV's and SIs and internal groups. Deliver compelling joint value proposition content and drive this into campaigns to build top of funnel pipe
• Manage a team which includes FTEs and contractors
• This is a highly collaborative role that relies heavily on resources outside of our PMM group so the ability to engage people outside the group is crucial to our success
Minimum Requirements:
• 5-7+ years experience in product marketing
• Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
• Proven creative thinker that independently generates and execute on innovative marketing ideas
• Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets (incl viral on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks)
• Dynamic confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals
• Proven speaker with a passion for presenting
• Demonstrated ability in launching and growing hit products
• Strong skills in communication, presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally
• Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
