Job description:
-Experienced Sales Executive/Manager to lead a team of Account Executives covering one of Salesforce's largest financial services accounts.
• Engage directly with clients at all levels of the business, to develop strategies and opportunities that will result in increased use of Salesforce in all aspects of the bank, and a stronger partnership between both companies.
-Lead the Salesforce team, at all levels, to engage at all areas of the bank to drive new business and a stronger partnership
• Successfully achieve all sales objectives.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 7+ years sales management experience. Experience selling into large financial services accounts valued.
• Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment. Ability and track record of driving business in a strategic manor for demand generation
• Proven track record building valued C-suite relationships
• Solid understanding of the application selling/CRM space
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
Desired Skills:
• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Leader
• Experience selling into Financial Services vertical
• Experience selling into large strategic enterprise accounts
• Masters in Business / Bachelor of Science -technology and or business related
