Director, People Inclusion Strategy

And as the People Inclusion Strategy Director you will play a pivotal role in evolving and delivering against the inclusion strategy across Expedia, Inc brands.
Key partnerships include:
• Leaders within Expedia, Inc’s global portfolio of brands (Expedia, Hotels.com, HomeAway, Orbitz, Travelocity, Egencia and others)
• Global Recruiting and Global Talent Management teams
• Expedia’s People Analytics team with a focus on crafting and delivering strategic reporting infrastructure
Key accountabilities include:
• You will provide thought-leadership to senior executives; to motivate, advise and influence the strategies across brands,
• You will thrive on building strong working relationships with a community of influencers across brands and in the inclusion space
• You will collaborate across Expedia Inc brands to implement a test & learn approach to create and drive innovation within the Inclusion practice
• You will sponsor and facilitate global dialogue about best practices and support implementation of winning solutions across brands
• You will analyze and re-engineer processes to minimize the impact of bias in the system
• You will be responsible for building infrastructure to support distributed execution against goals
• You will make data-driven recommendations, gain executive support, and assess the performance of initiatives
• You will bring market insights and analysis to your strategy surpassing standard industry norms
• You will be responsible for developing a community of inclusion influencers; with one direct report and a number of matrixed managers
Key Skills:
• Ability to creatively design for and solve challenging inclusion problems using data to validate
• Proven track record of leading strategy within a global environment
• Outstanding analytical capabilities and an ability to translate metrics, research and trends into viable strategies
• Ability to motivate, advise and influence at executive leadership level across a matrixed organization
• Ability to build strong working relationships and influence across a matrixed community of managers
• Exceptional business acumen and project management skills; along with a results orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a change management focus on execution
• Ability to create and manage an inclusion roadmaps, prioritization, tradeoffs and constraints
