What you will do
We are looking for someone to globally lead the Global Recruiting Operations team. You will report directly to our Global Head of Recruiting. This role will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following areas:
• Strategy & Planning - partner with FP&A, regional/local strategy teams, and the recruiting analytics team on headcount tracking, recruiting capacity, and budgets
• Communications and Insights - build world-class dashboards, progress reports, insights and general recruiting updates to the people & places organisation as well as to internal clients; with a particular focus on delivery and scale
• Program Management - execution of programs, tools and systems in support of recruiting delivery (ATS, CRM, process improvements, data migration, etc.)
• Tools & Systems - continue to evaluated and evolve the portfolio of tools that the recruiting organization uses in support of our efforts to find, attract and hire the best people for Uber
• Leadership - there are four existing teams which will report directly into this role: recruiting strategy & planning, recruiting operations, global mobility & immigration, and the recruiting coordination team
Representative experience
• 15+ years of experience in strategy & planning, Chief of Staff, or consulting roles within high growth and complex organizations; preferably with a global remit
• Exceptional executive experience
• Passion about data and metrics, and experience creating and managing a context of decision-oriented data
• Built, managed, or improved analytical systems and processes to improve daily organizational operations
Compensation
Full-time salary negotiable based on experience, and equity compensation plan
