Due to the continued growth of our enterprise team we are now seeking a proven sales leader to manage the six Sydney based account managers within the Manufacture, Retail, and Distribution (MRD) sector.
To be based in Sydney, this is a role for someone who can see the value of Cloud Computing and who has a proven track record of sales management success selling direct software or technology sales across a variety of verticals.

Reporting into the Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales, this is a high growth opportunity working with our Enterprise business unit which will see you at the fore-front of new technology platforms including Analytics Cloud and Lightning on our Platform. With a business culture that has the customer's interests at the core of everything we do, we'll set you up for success by providing a comprehensive induction and on boarding to the business including a week long bootcamp in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Sydney based account managers.
• To drive revenue and manage the assigned territory.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve/exceed their annual sales quotas by thoroughly qualifying all leads & sales opportunities and to leverage business from new & established relationships.
• Partner closely with the Salesforce teams and contribute positively across the functions.
• Assist the Account Managers to drive strategic initiatives into the targeted communications accounts.
• To strategize, negotiate & close business
Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 5 years in a direct sales management role.
• Consistent over-achievement of quota, revenue goals, and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience in application software sales to high end customers.
• Demonstrable experience in building successful sales teams.
• Knowledge of the IT industry and ideally the cloud ecosystem.
Desired Skills:
• Preference for a university degree in computer science or similar, also commercial degree such as commerce would be valuable.
• SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a service), IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service).
• Software & applications sales experience for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or SFA (Sales Force Automation) company.
