As EAN continues to grow we are seeking a Director, Hotels.com for Partners Business to join our team based at our London Angel office.
Your role:
• You will be responsible for overall business planning and financials to ensure that we meet our platform ambition
• You will partner with our finance team in order to manage the product P&L and resource allocation ensuring strong return on investment
• We are looking for a person with great analytical skills. Why? You will conduct segment and market analysis to shape our value proposition and strategy
• Ensure that we track our business results to make agile decisions to reach our business objectives
• You will help shape the unique value proposition for the Hotels.com for Partners platform, ensuring the mix of product, commercials, support, data access are compelling versus other market offerings
• You will analysis and understand the competitive landscape, partnering with the sales enablement team to build comparative views and sales collateral
• You will drive and own the creation of lead management processes across teams
• You will drive ad hoc initiatives to find suitable support solutions for partners such as scalable merchandising, post-live optimization support
• The role requires a solid understanding of product. You will play an active role in defining our development roadmap, providing requirements to and partner with the EAN and Hotels.com product and technology teams
• You will be the point of contact for several teams into the business. You will own the communication and updates to the overall business and teams to ensure we are working together to optimize the potential of the platform.
Your experiences
• You have excellent ability to think strategically and in solving complex business problems, ideally with top tier management consultant background
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to present information appropriately to a diverse range of audiences
• MBA from a top tier business school preferred
• You are high energetic and results focused
• You have great communication skills and you have a great ability to inspire and motivate others
• You have strong project management skills and proven ability to work in matrixed environment with an eye on process optimization/standardization experience
• You are a great team player, able to be flexible and work in a fast-paced global environment
