Who We Want
Bazaarvoice is looking for a Client Success Director, Enterprise Accounts. Our Client Success Directors are our deep business specialists and are responsible for delivering exceptional strategy and business support to our clients. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about client service, about solving business problems and enjoys regularly exceeding client expectations. Our ideal candidate is naturally curious and has strong drive!
Job Responsibilities:
• Acts as business success expert in educating, guiding and support clients to develop consumer generated content programs
• Provides guidance and consulting for marketing best practices and ROI analysis for clients to gain the most value from their program with Bazaarvoice
• Manage client lifecycle across a portfolio of named accounts
• Exemplifies client centricity by serving customers above and beyond their expectations
• Uses tools and troubleshooting techniques and exercises good judgement in decision-making in order to routinely deliver exceptional client support at all time
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 6 years work experience in a client services/account management role managing Fortune 1000 clients
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and efficiently
• Strong team player with a desire to solve for the interests of the clients and Bazaarvoice
• Positive, self-starter attitude with desire to exceed client expectations and ability to work extended hours when required
• Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
