Director or Senior Product Manager, Community Einstein

The Salesforce Community Cloud team is seeking a Product Management Director or Senior Product Manager to drive our Einstein initiatives for creating the world's smartest and most productive communities. With millions of Salesforce communities users and growing rapidly you will have a unique opportunity to build AI solutions powered by huge volumes of data that have broad business impact. You will work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to craft a compelling vision for how AI can transform our products and drive the day-to- day execution of this vision alongside our world-class engineering, data science, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive all aspects of your product area from product vision to delivery to customer adoption.
• Interface regularly with customers at events, during sales engagements, and through ad hoc sessions to develop your product strategy and ensure customer success.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, and then work on a daily basis with designers, developers, and data scientists to make these a reality.
• Identify the most promising opportunities and understand the requirements to build successful AI-powered features into Salesforce products.
• Be the go-to product expert in your area for other internal teams, executives, sales, marketing, customers, and partners. You will have detailed knowledge of your product area today as well as a broad vision for the future.
• Collaborate with other teams internally to ensure we working towards a cohesive customer solution in a large and complex environment.
• Serve as an AI expert within our cloud and beyond to help guide other teams efforts and make our product intelligence approachable to a wide audience.
• Present your product and vision to executives and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience with at least 4 years product management experience in software.
• Proven ability to deliver successful AI-powered features to customers as a product or technical leader.
• Understanding of AI and ML concepts and what it takes to make these types of projects successful.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Significant experience in presentations to internal and external executives.
• Excitement to learn and always expand your knowledge. Salesforce is an ever-growing product/company that serves a wide range of customers - there is always more to learn!
• Hands-on approach to test features, set up demos, work through complex customer challenges, etc.
• Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities. There will always be more than you can do in a day so you need continually make sure you have the right priorities and focus.
• Exceptional technical abilities with demonstrated ability to earn the respect of high caliber engineering teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies like scrum for software development.
• Bachelors in CS or other technical field required
Even Better:
• Experience with or working knowledge of Salesforce is a strong plus
• Enterprise SaaS product management experience is a strong plus
• Experience in designing, developing, and building collaborative/social technologies, either in the consumer or enterprise space.
• Salesforce automation and/or customer service software knowledge or experience
• MBA or Masters in CS or other technical field is a plus
