Job Description:
We are looking for a Rock Star Director of Web Marketing/Product Management to lead the strategy and technical vision for key components of our Website to drive leads, conversion, revenue and LTV. In this role, you will work with business, creative, analytic and technical stakeholders to champion web marketing initiatives and create cohesive, world-class website content, functionality, user interface, navigation flow and look & feel to drive business results. You will be responsible for transforming the digital marketing vision into a coherent roadmap, prioritize the delivery of each major initiative and drive the technical web architecture with the engineering team. You will work with the development organizations through the agile web marketing lifecycle and continuously measure results and business impact to optimize the digital marketing experience.
Responsibilities:
• Define, manage and evolve the content & web strategy of the web site to drive conversion and revenue.
• Utilize leading edge conversion, personalization and E-commerce tools and design practices to build a competitive website.
• Work with the development team to design and implement new and on-going functionality of site.
• Develop and manage content by merchandising products, promotions and services to drive leads and conversion to revenue.
• Actualize a business roadmap and strategy for our global websites, E-commerce funnels, branding and content capabilities, in order to increase online demand generation and sales.
• Operate as the product owner throughout the agile development cycle, from concept to launch including business requirements, user flows/wireframes, creative comps, functional requirements, QA, and post-launch monitoring and optimization.
• Direct usability sessions (live and online) to obtain customer feedback on current and/or planned site design; perform benchmark assessments of site versus best in class B2B and competitor sites, etc.
• Present web strategy, business results, as well as best practices across the organization at all levels.
• Team management: Manage direct, contractor and agency resources, and collaborate cross-functionally with global demand generation teams to achieve collective web marketing goals.
Qualifications:
• BA in Business or a related field
• MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2C E-commerce product management/web marketing
• Ability to handle a significant level of responsibility, oversee projects and work independently, while also being a team player, and working closely with other department heads and senior management
• Excellent strategy and analytic thinking skills.
• Very strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated experience in balancing and managing the creative aspects of building effective digital customer experiences while achieving strong revenue growth
• Proven skills in modern online marketing, merchandising and customer management
• Experience with: CMS (AEM), Test and Target, Jira, Kapost, Adobe analytics, MS office (excel & ppt). Familiarity or experience with Salesforce, Business Intelligence and HTML a huge plus.
