This Sales Director will oversee the team of SMB (small and medium business) Sales Executives (7-10) who are responsible for supporting business development activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan. The position is responsible for day-to-day management, coaching, development and sales support to InstaMed’s regional hospitals (< 200 beds) and large physician organizations in support of our payer partners. Day-to-day activities will entail one-on-one management of Sales Executives, liaison between the team and internal departments (Professional Services, Account Management, Marketing), RFP support, onsite presentations and other supporting sales activities from the Philadelphia office.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
• Develop and manage Sales Executive team to support the annual revenue plan and KPIs
• Support team to consultatively determine optimal solution for prospective accounts
• Review value analysis reports to substantiate the value of InstaMed
• Support product demos to team’s prospective accounts
• Introduce best practices associated with use of InstaMed
• Support team in identifying prospective sales targets within market segments
• Coordinate marketing activities including presentations and conferences
• Support internal RFP and proposal generation process
• Regular interaction with Marketing, Product, Professional Services and Account Management departments of InstaMed
• Maintain accurate and timely administrative responsibilities relevant to the position
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties
• Any other duties applicable to the position
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SaaS sales management position, preferably in the healthcare market
• Excellent people management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in all aspects of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Healthcare revenue cycle industry experience preferred
