We’re looking for a Director, Product Management, Mobile, who can lead the next phase of product evolution, as MediaMath continues to invest in this key product area. The right candidate brings deep domain expertise, a clear point of view on the direction of mobile marketing, and has an expert handle on the needs of the client we delight (not only advertisers and agencies, but also publishers and valuable industry partners).
Responsibilities:
Overview
• Set the direction for MediaMath’s mobile offerings, incorporating internal and external inputs
• Be the foremost mobile expert within MediaMath, working with our teams, our clients, industry analysts and our executive team to drive maximum understanding and value
• Accountable for driving spend on the full range of MediaMath’s mobile offerings
• Manage a small team including a Mobile Product specialist lead and a Sales/BD lead
Develop the Product Roadmap
• Gather and synthesize internal and external inputs to develop a fact-informed vision and roadmap for MediaMath’s mobile offerings
• Engage with clients directly to ensure product-market fit and product adoption; ensure clients have a voice in product evolution
• Identify and translate market needs into specific product and partnership requirements (MRD)
• Work closely with multiple Core Component Product Leads to help them craft detailed product requirement documentation (PRD)
• Provide market context to help Core Component Product Leads to develop prioritized product roadmaps
• Coordinate with other product leads to ensure mobile offerings are properly integrated and maximize the value of the overall MediaMath offering
• Develop MM’s [mobile] partnerships game plan and oversee partner engagement including initial partnership formation, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing support and upgrades
Drive Business Growth
• Responsible for the commercial success of MediaMath’s mobile offerings
• Translate product features into differentiated/unique customer value propositions, selling points, pricing and use cases to support sales & marketing activities
• Act as stakeholder for collateral development with Product Marketing, to ensure positioning is clear, consistent, scalable, and repeatable
• Work closely with MediaMath’s Client Success teams, equipping them with product knowledge and vision to drive adoption and revenue
• Develop a scalable sales support model which provides both high-touch and low-touch options, from client-specific diagnostics and in-person sales engagement to group trainings and scalable support tools
• Share the MM mobile vision through client meetings, public speaking, blog posts, etc

Qualifications:
• 7+ Years of domain experience in mobile, digital marketing and related fields
• Deep commercialization experience (sales support, client services, product marketing)
• Demonstrated track record of excellent working relationship with Product teams to drive a high-quality product development process
• Experience managing a team
• Based in NYC
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Product, Client Success, and Senior Leadership
• Technical familiarity, ability to review technical concepts with product managers and engineers
• Must be a “doer” with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
• Highly organized with a bias towards results
• Excellent influencing skills and proven collaborator
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
