About the Position Salesforce is currently hiring for a Regional Sales Director for the Marketing Cloud team. Marketing Cloud is experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for a strong Sales Manager to join our team and manage a new team with a focus on Canada. We are looking for a true professional that has a proven track record in both sales and managing a team of experienced consultative sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5-6 Account Executives
Support reps with strategy and onsite client meetings
Ensure that the team is hitting all metrics and quotas
Manage team metrics via Salesforce standards
Successfully forecast team revenue numbers
Report to the RVP
Requirements:
BA/BS degree strongly preferred
7+ years of consultative sales experience, SaaS preferred
Proven track record of sales excellence
3+ years of sales management experience, SaaS preferred Software and/or IT sales experience is a must
Marketing Automation experience is strongly preferred
Experience selling at the "C" level - CMO is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
