What the role entails:
• Lead a team of Sales Leaders and approximately 10 Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth and new business within France
• Reporting on sales activity and forecast to leadership team.
• Customer management including addressing any escalations.
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Ongoing coaching and development of the sales team.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• 10-15 years business experience with a new business focus
• Experience managing large sales teams
• Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment
• Successful track record in a high volume/ High Growth transaction sales environment
• Experience operating and liaising with C level executives
Preference for experience in:
• Marketing experience
• Digital marketing
• Entrepreneurial endeavours
