Description
The M&A Transformation Executive is responsible for execution of our M&A playbook with salesforce.com customers. You will guide key business leaders undergoing material strategic transactions on accelerating growth, increasing predictability in outcomes, and reducing risk by leveraging Salesforce Cloud capabilities. You will be working closely with Salesforce sales and Customers for Life teams, key partners, and senior executives to bring about transformational results and customer success.
Responsibilities
• o Analyze mergers and acquisitions to qualify accounts for the program
◦ Develop diagnostics and Points of Views for Salesforce customers to drive strategic thinking
◦ Develop strategies for Salesforce/partner pursuits in these customers
◦ Create large opportunities for Salesforce account teams to prosecute
◦ Promote market awareness on Salesforce's M&A innovation value propositions internally and externally through speaking and promotional events
◦ Understand the Salesforce product suite and be able to ideate the optimal client solution based on what Salesforce (and Salesforce partners) can deliver
◦ Manage a virtual team (internal and external) to deliver a compelling vision of our solution, including a clearly articulated business case
Required Skills
15+ years experience including client engagement at an advisory or consulting firm, corporate development or merger integration, and business or deal development.
Executive presence - must be comfortable influencing and collaborating in a C-level environment.
Strong communication skills in presentation, speaking, and written.
Innate curiosity to learn how a business functions and learn new business models.
Confidence discussing ROI, TCO, business case development.
Business process experience across multiple domains such as ERP, CRM, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, I/T and Operations.
Excellent situational awareness - must be comfortable in dynamic customer environments and able to present our company well.
Strategic thinking that is focused on results and business outcomes.
Ability to creatively solve problems with limited resources and input
Project Management and Team Leadership to inspire, coordinate and deliver results back to our customers.
MBA degree is preferred.
